Candidate Profile Age 18 years or older; Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborative attitude; Interest in learning and willingness to engage in continuous development; Basic knowledge of technology and social media usage; Residence in Portugal for at least 1 year. Responsibilities Planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital campaigns focused on engagement and conversion; Management and updating of content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, among others; Creation of platform-specific posts (text, image, and video); Responding to messages, comments, and information requests across digital channels; Tracking potential customers (leads) throughout the sales funnel until conversion; Providing basic information and support regarding the company’s products and/or services.
