Job Summary: We are recruiting a Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver (Category C) to drive heavy goods vehicles, follow assigned routes, ensure road safety, and report incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driving heavy goods vehicles (Category C) 2. Strict adherence to routes, schedules, and road safety regulations 3. Daily vehicle inspection and reporting of incidents We are recruiting for the position of Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver (Category C) with a leading company in the Transport and Logistics sector, located in the Évora area. Responsibilities: - Driving heavy goods vehicles (Category C); - Strict adherence to routes, schedules, and operational instructions; - Daily inspection of vehicle condition; - Loading and unloading of goods, where applicable; - Compliance with road safety regulations and driving/rest time requirements; - Reporting incidents to the traffic manager. Requirements: - Valid Category C driving license (mandatory); - Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) (mandatory); - Valid tachograph card (mandatory); - ADR certification (preferred); - Over 1 year’s experience driving heavy goods vehicles; - Familiarity with the geographical area of operation.
