Dynamic environment focused on innovation and operational excellence. #### **About the Process Engineer Role** Our client, a leading company in the automotive sector, is currently expanding its team by hiring a Process Engineer: **Key Responsibilities** * Understand and comply with all safety requirements, including OSHA standards and use of PPE. * Research, plan, coordinate projects, and monitor mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic press lines, ensuring production targets are met. * Ensure personal safety as well as the safety of colleagues, including external contractors and support teams. * Provide maintenance support in resolving issues within the production environment, including interaction with control systems, robotics, and PLCs. * Configure and program new jobs/processes. * Create, document, develop, and implement procedures that ensure achievement of Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process optimization. * Monitor technological trends and industry innovations. * Support the Project Management team in evaluating new products and processes. * Collaborate with the Quality department in analyzing and improving dimensional reports. * Contribute to team activities through: + Submission and implementation of Kaizen initiatives + Coverage of functions as required + Resolution of operational problems + Support for metrics and operational needs * Participate in process audits and internal audits. * Collaborate in preparing and conducting internal and external audits related to ISO standards. ### **Requirements** **Profile and Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Professional experience in the automotive industry (preferred). * Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and PLCs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and orientation toward continuous improvement. ### **Benefits** **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company. * Opportunity for professional development and career progression. * Dynamic environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
