The Group’s construction activities cover all areas of engineering and construction, and serve as a benchmark in infrastructure execution (roads, railways, airports, hydraulic works, maritime works, tunnels, bridges, metros, treatment plants) and civil construction (residential and non-residential: hospitals, football stadiums, museums, workshops). **Together, we build the future!** We are recruiting for our team a First-Level Supervisor for the Évora District. **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate the execution of team work across multiple construction sites under the guidance of a hierarchical superior; * Analyze construction quantity/execution maps; * Manage on-site resources (human resources, materials, and equipment). **Requirements**:* Over 3 years’ experience in similar roles; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in hydraulic works (eliminatory); * Experience in earthworks and concrete; * Valid driver’s license; * Strong leadership and planning capabilities; * Good interpersonal skills and results orientation. * **What We Offer?** At FCC Construcción Portugal, we offer much more than a job — we offer the opportunity to join one of the world’s largest construction companies.
