Opportunity with a leading company in the automotive industry #### **About the Human Resources Technician (M/F) Role** Our client company, an international reference in the automotive industry, is currently recruiting to join its team: * Human Resources Technician **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring of recruitment and selection processes * Administrative monitoring of employees (contracts, admissions, and terminations) * Attendance and vacation monitoring * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation * Monitoring and management of services * Monitoring and implementation of the annual training plan * Occupational health monitoring * Reporting of work-related accidents **Requirements** * Higher education degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (preferred) * Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation * Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, HR software; SAP) * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills * English language proficiency (mandatory) * Prior experience in an industrial environment—particularly in the automotive industry—will be valued.
