Dynamic and collaborative environment. #### **About the Planning Technician (M/F) Role** Our client company, a reference in the automotive sector, is strengthening its team with a Planning Technician whose main responsibility will be to manage customer and supplier orders, internal stock control, and packaging/empty container management—assets owned by customers and suppliers—ensuring logistical operational efficiency and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor customer orders and related shipments on a daily basis. * Analyze overdue orders daily, identify root causes, define action plans, and estimate shipment dates. * Define and manage warehouse loading/unloading time windows. * Ensure weekly management of outsourced operations. * Respond to and follow up on logistical non-conformities reported by customers. * Monitor daily deliveries of raw materials and components, ensuring their timely arrival at the factory. * Negotiate delivery deadlines with suppliers and adjust purchase orders (reductions/increases) according to customer requirements. * Manage packaging inventories and justify identified variances. * Conduct periodic and annual internal inventories. **Profile and Requirements** * Minimum education level: 12th grade. * Prior experience in this role. * Strong Portuguese language skills (advanced level) and basic English language skills. * Intermediate/advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * SAP knowledge (preferred). * Organizational ability, analytical thinking, and priority management skills. * Good communication and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company. * Opportunity for professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative environment.
