Conduct internal audits and provide training to teams on good hygiene and food safety practices. Ensure products comply with current legislation on health, food safety, and environmental regulations. Support the development, improvement, and innovation of food products. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of food certifications (ISO, FSC, among others). Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or equivalent field. Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and ISO and FSC certifications. Good proficiency in MS Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and proactivity. Immediate availability. Salary: Negotiable.
