The VitalAire team provides a quality home service, recognised by its patients and respective healthcare professionals **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** Provide home care assistance within your region for patients undergoing oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilation support (primarily CPAP and AUTOCPAP), from treatment initiation through all interventions related to therapeutic adherence verification, up to treatment termination. \- Provide home care assistance within your region for patients undergoing oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, ventilatory therapy (CPAP and ACPAP) and/or other therapies through the following planned or urgent interventions: * Treatment initiation * Equipment replacement and functionality checks * Patient follow-up, including verification of home installation * Prescription collection * Treatment termination * Implementation of all company requirements and procedures originating from the following areas and relating to Good Distribution and Home Delivery Practices: * Safety procedures * Internal procedures (stock management, maintenance, periodic visits, etc.) * BU procedures and guidelines * Legal and regulatory procedures * Educate patients to ensure all procedures are correctly applied on-site. Specifically for oxygen therapy patients, ensure equipment (concentrators, cylinders, or liquid oxygen containers) is installed and maintained in a safe location and that patients understand and comply with safety rules. * Daily submission of all service-related information via the HOMES system; if not possible, perform manual submission: * Ensure data reliability for accurate system entry * Daily submission of all documents defined in procedures * Management of your daily operational stock * Prescription Collection: * Daily tracking of prescription information recorded on intervention forms and reminders to all patients for prescription submission * Ensure collection of prescription codes required for treatment billing * Delivery of RSF at treatment initiation, where applicable Ensure correct registration of interventions for prescription collection in Chorus * **Are you a MATCH?** * High school diploma (12th grade) * Experience in patient care * Valid driver's license * Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred) * Customer- and patient-oriented mindset * Ability to work effectively in a team **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
