Responsibilities: Counter customer service and external customer acquisition Perform suggestive and proactive sales Ensure store maintenance and cleaning according to standards Carry out all duties inherent to the role, including kitchen production as needed. Travel to customers’ homes (or other locations), ensuring product arrives in perfect condition; Handle customer payments; Assist the team with store procedures, e.g., weekly deliveries. Maintain friendliness when interacting with people, whether customers or colleagues.
