Manage revenue, food, beverage, and labor costs effectively **Restaurant \& Bar Manager – Hotel Calipo** Hotel Calipo is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant \& Bar Manager to lead our food \& beverage operations across our restaurant, pool bar, The Palacio and Events spaces. **The Role** Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, you'll take full ownership of day\-to\-day F\&B operations — driving exceptional guest experiences, team performance and financial results. This is a hands\-on leadership role that balances floor presence with strategic oversight. **What You'll Be Responsible For** * Leading daily operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless kitchen and front\-of\-house coordination * Driving revenue and managing food, beverage and labour costs in line with budgets * Delivering outstanding guest experiences and responding to reviews and feedback promptly * Recruiting, training and developing a high\-performing service team * Working closely with the Head Chef on menus, pricing and seasonal updates * Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, hygiene and health \& safety standards * Participating in weekly ops meetings and monthly P\&L reviews **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience in a similar F\&B management role, ideally within a hotel environment * Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills * A natural leader who leads by example with warmth, professionalism and consistency * Confident with POS and stock management systems * Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences **Ready to join the Hotel Calipo team?** Apply now with your CV and a brief cover note.
