About the Role We are seeking a talented Data Engineer specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, focused on developing, training, and optimizing Transformer- and Large Language Model (LLM)-based models. You will play a central role in building advanced AI solutions—from applied research to production—collaborating across teams to deliver cutting-edge intelligence capabilities. Requirements Key Responsibilities and Competencies * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Science/ML. * Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models; implement Transformer models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. * Work with Hugging Face Transformers, DeepSpeed, Megatron LM, FSDP; proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere). * Build efficient data pipelines, distributed training, and performance optimization. * Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams; document solutions and track AI/LLM trends. * Strong proficiency in Python. Preferred Qualifications * Fine-tuning/instruction tuning of LLMs; RAG and vector databases. * Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps/CI-CD.
