What you will do: \- Administration of WLAN, LAN and WAN networks; \- Configuration, management and maintenance of Cisco switches, routers and firewalls; \- Implementation and monitoring of routing protocols (Static Routing, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP); \- Configuration and support of VPNs and QoS; \- Application and management of Web Filtering policies; \- Traffic analysis and vulnerability management; \- Continuous network monitoring, incident identification and resolution; \- Ensure network infrastructure security and integrity. What we expect from you: \- Academic background in Information Technology or related field; \- At least 1 year of experience in network administration; \- Solid knowledge of Cisco equipment; \- Experience with routing protocols and network security; \- Knowledge of ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 (advantageous); \- English proficiency \- preferred; \- Preference for candidates residing in Évora or within 45 minutes distance; \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Proactivity, dynamism and motivation to learn; \- Time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines; \- Goal orientation; \- Good teamwork ability.
