With a strong focus on digitalization and customer experience, Smashville intends to revolutionize the burger market with a modern and innovative concept. **About the Role** We are seeking a Manager for one of our units. The Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, leading the team and ensuring adherence to the company’s goals and values. **Leadership & Team Management** * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, fostering each employee’s skill development * Create and manage work schedules while monitoring operational costs * Ensure a positive, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment **Operations & Unit Management** * Manage the point-of-sale system and ensure smooth, efficient operations * Conduct weekly and monthly inventory checks * Maintain and ensure proper functioning of store equipment * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) **Administration & Partner Relations** * Manage unit accounting and administration * Maintain relationships with suppliers and external entities **What We’re Looking For** * Experience as a Manager, preferably in restaurants, bars, or cafés * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * English proficiency at B2/C1 level * Valid Class B driver’s license * Passion for hospitality and food service * Goal-oriented mindset and analytical skills * Negotiation, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery capabilities * Leadership spirit, resilience, and flexibility regarding working hours * Strong communication and teamwork skills **What We Offer** * Employment contract with salary commensurate with experience * Meal card/ticket * Coverflex – diverse additional benefits * Performance bonuses * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth * Be part of an innovative project from day one * A young and dynamic work environment
