We’re looking for a detail‑driven P\&L professional to join a Middle Office team in an international banking environment. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy of P\&L reporting, bridge Front and Back Office data, and act as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders. **What You’ll Do:** * Reconcile P\&L results between Front Office and Back Office systems * Investigate discrepancies, deliver clear P\&L explanations, and strengthen controls * Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting quality * Respond confidently to stakeholder queries and ad‑hoc requests **Qualifications** **What You Bring:** * Solid understanding of **ALMT** and **IFRS 9** principles * Strong **Excel** skills; **VBA** knowledge is a plus * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * **Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.** **Additional Information** **(Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **LISBON** per week) *Are you the one?!* ***Send your CV \& Join our team!***
