Job Summary: upK is seeking an HVAC&R Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration systems, ensuring thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of HVAC&R systems 2. Diagnosis of thermal and refrigeration faults 3. Handling of refrigerant gases with certification upK, a Maintenance Management company, is recruiting an HVAC&R Technician to strengthen its team. Purpose of the Role: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration systems, ensuring thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Installation and maintenance of HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems. Interventions on chillers, split units, VRV/VRF systems, air handling units (AHUs), heat pumps, etc. Diagnosis of thermal and refrigeration faults. Handling of refrigerant gases (with mandatory certification). Verification of system pressures, temperatures, energy consumption, and performance. Compliance with environmental and safety regulations (e.g., F\-Gas). Requirements: Technical qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC&R. Certification for handling fluorinated gases (F\-Gas). Minimum 2 years of experience with HVAC&R systems. Knowledge of electricity and automation (preferred). Valid driver's license.
