Do you dare to be the owner of your professional career in an inspiring world? **Mission:** As the **Assistant Food \& Beverage Director** at ME Lisbon, you will support the F\&B Director in overseeing all Food \& Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong business performance, while maintaining the innovative and lifestyle standards of the ME by Meliá brand. **What will you have to do?** * Support the daily management of all Food \& Beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banqueting operations. * Ensure compliance with brand standards, service excellence, and operational procedures across all F\&B areas. * Monitor departmental performance, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the analysis of financial and operational results. * Lead, motivate, coach, and develop F\&B teams, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health \& safety, and HACCP regulations. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in a supervisory or management role within Food \& Beverage operations, preferably within luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands. * Fluency in **Portuguese and English**, both written and spoken. * Solid understanding of F\&B operations, service standards, and guest experience management. * Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance analysis. * Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and team development skills. * Resilient, proactive, and results\-oriented professional, capable of thriving in a demanding, fast\-paced, and highly operational environment. **At Meliá we are all VIP** Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
