Job Summary: Banco Invest is seeking an Internal Auditor to assist in developing and executing the audit plan, conducting audit actions and tests, and preparing audit reports. Key Highlights: 1. Career progression opportunities The **Banco Invest** aims to recruit an **Internal Auditor** to join its Internal Audit Department in **Lisbon**. **Main Responsibilities:** · Assist in developing and executing the audit plan; · Conduct audit activities in accordance with internationally recognized internal audit methodology and principles; · Develop and execute audit tests on processes/controls associated with risks; · Assess and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policies; · Prepare internal audit reports describing the work performed, including key findings and recommendations; · Ensure follow-up and evaluation of issued recommendations to guarantee their effective implementation. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or related field (preferred); · Up to 2 years of experience in Internal or External Audit (mandatory), preferably within a financial institution; · Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, flexibility, and proactivity; · Interpersonal and teamwork skills; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; · Good command of English. **What We Offer:** · Integration into a solid and growing company; · Pleasant working environment; · Career progression opportunities; · Competitive salary commensurate with role and experience; · Continuous training program.
