Dynamic and collaborative environment **Job Description** We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance team. This role will have a strong operational and analytical focus, responsible for ensuring day-to-day financial activities as well as supporting decision-making through data analysis and reporting. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in management control and financial analysis * Preparation of monthly reports and KPI monitoring * Budgetary control and variance analysis * Support in monthly and annual closing processes * Treasury management and cash flow monitoring * Development of financial analyses and creation of dashboards * Support in improving financial processes and automation * Coordination with other internal departments and external partners (accounting, banks, audit, etc.) **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in finance, analytics, or decision-support roles (e.g., audit, consulting, management control, etc.) * Strong Excel skills (mandatory) * Strong analytical ability and data orientation * Ability to work with large volumes of information * Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility * Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities * Critical thinking and willingness to learn **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in demanding, data-driven environments (e.g., audit, consulting, etc.) * Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) * Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques * Experience with reporting tools or ERP systems * Knowledge of accounting principles * Interest in growing within a finance role with a strong analytical component **What We Offer** * Integration into an established Group with a long history and focus on continuous evolution and improvement * A role with direct impact on operations and decision-making * Opportunity for development and career progression * Dynamic and collaborative environment If you are seeking an opportunity to grow in the finance field with a strong data analysis component, send us your application! **Application Deadline** 08 May 2026
