Join us to redefine the boundaries of what’s possible! **Your Role:** We are looking for a Sales Assistant on a **Full\-Time basis — 40 hours per week — for our MultiOpticas and GrandOpticas stores at CascaiShopping.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver specialized and personalized service, ensuring the best customer experience and loyalty; * Personalized sales of prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, cleaning kits, and accessories; * Scheduling optometry appointments and referrals to specialized professionals; * Organizing and strategically displaying products in alignment with current campaigns and optimizing the customer experience; * Receiving and processing orders, and managing inventory of available products. **Key Requirements:** * Experience in personalized customer service (optical sector experience is preferred); * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment; * Results-driven mindset with strong focus on customer needs; * Ability to adapt to change and keep pace with sector innovations. **What We Offer You:** At EssilorLuxottica, we are not defined solely by our job titles — every professional journey is unique.
