




Job Summary: Responsible for performing logistical tasks including receiving, storage, picking, material handling, and dispatch of products, ensuring safety and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety Responsibilities: Ø Perform receiving, storage, picking, material handling, and dispatch tasks according to instructions from the Logistics Coordinator or immediate supervisor. Ø Ensure proper product conditioning—especially frozen goods—adhering to specified temperature, hygiene, and food safety requirements. Ø Carry out loading and unloading of goods, verifying quantities, batch numbers, and packaging integrity. Ø Organize warehouse and cold rooms to ensure smooth circulation, traceability, and correct stock rotation. Ø Operate handling equipment and material handling means (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.), complying with safety regulations and reporting any malfunctions or hazards. Ø Support order preparation and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and proper cargo presentation. Ø Adhere to Good Hygiene Practices, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety standards, using PPE correctly and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Ø Record, when requested, information related to product inflows and outflows, ensuring process traceability. Ø Immediately report any non-conformities, product anomalies, temperature deviations, incidents, or identified hazards in the warehouse. Ø Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Transport teams to ensure smooth material and product flow. Ø Participate in physical inventory counts and stock control activities as required. Ø Perform other duties compatible with the role, contributing to logistics operational efficiency and continuity. Role Analysis: Minimum Required Education: Preferably 12th grade or equivalent Professional Experience: Ideally at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Technical-Theoretical Knowledge: Forklift operator training Autonomy: The incumbent is granted initiative in executing work tasks in accordance with guidelines and objectives set by the Operational Logistics Coordinator.
