The Starface Group is currently recruiting an Operations Supervisor for its Carface branch in Faro. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards; * Manage and motivate the team, providing guidance and training as required; * Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations; * Proactively resolve any operational issues arising during shifts; * Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures; * Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for the entire team; * Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs; * Stock management (products and equipment); * Tracking of operational KPIs; * Act as an agent of change. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in supervisory or team management roles, preferably in an operational environment; * Ability to lead and motivate a team; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure; * Availability to work weekends and flexible hours between 05:00 and 00:00; * Practical knowledge of operations and processes relevant to the sector; * Ability to identify and implement continuous improvements in operational processes; * Valid driver's license. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid, growing, and people-focused company; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development; * Base salary commensurate with the role; * Variable compensation system based on objectives.
