In this role, you will play an essential part in managing Human Resources information, collaborating closely with HR, Finance and Accounting teams to ensure our processes become increasingly efficient and decisions are supported by reliable data. **In this challenge, you will:** * Ensure monthly payroll processing, including allowances, bonuses, commissions, overtime, holidays, absences and other remuneration components; * Ensure correct integration of payroll information with Accounting, validating cost centres, provisions, accruals and accounting entries; * Monitor and analyse personnel costs, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation; * Develop HR dashboards and indicators related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, productivity and payroll costs; * Produce reports supporting the Human Resources Directorate and Management, contributing to strategic decisions; * Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and budgetary reviews within the Human Resources area; * Guarantee the quality, consistency and up-to-date status of HR information; * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and simplification; * Track legal and labour changes impacting payroll processes; * Collaborate with various organisational areas to ensure information reliability; * Prepare documentation and supporting information for internal and external audits; * Support the Human Resources team in its cross-functional activities. **We are looking for someone with:** * A university degree in Management, Human Resources, Economics, Accounting or a related field; * Experience in payroll, HR reporting, management control or similar roles; * Solid knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processing; * Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability; * Experience with HR systems and ERP platforms (valued); * High sense of responsibility, accuracy and confidentiality; * Strong organisational skills, autonomy and results orientation. **What you will find:** * A collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Direct involvement in strategic projects and key business decisions; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * A challenging role with cross-organisational impact. **If you seek a challenge where you can combine analysis, strategy and Human Resources, we want to meet\-you.** \-\-\- \-\-\- \-\-\- **HR CONTROLLER (m/f)** **Do you enjoy working with numbers, while never losing sight of the people behind them?** We are looking for an **HR Controller** to join our team.
