Develop dishes and manage service during peak season Location: Praia da Manta Rota – Algarve Availability: June 2026 The **Restaurant O Finalmente**, a family-run establishment serving traditional Portuguese cuisine, is recruiting a **Chef** to join the team **full-time, for summer reinforcement (4 months)**. We seek a candidate with proven kitchen experience, capable of working independently with methodology, organization, and individual responsibility in a high-intensity service environment during peak season. Responsibilities: * Preparation and cooking of dishes according to technical specifications * Organization and cleaning of the kitchen station * Time and priority management during service * Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations * Teamwork and effective communication during service Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience in professional kitchens * Ability to work autonomously * Respect for recipes, methods, and house standards regarding timing * Organization, cleanliness, and sense of responsibility * Proficiency in **spoken and written Portuguese** * Availability for **split shifts** (lunch \+ dinner) * Physical and mental stamina for high-intensity service Terms & Conditions: * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time employment * Start date: June 2026 * Salary commensurate with experience * **Accommodation is not provided** Application: Submission of a **CV detailing professional experience** and telephone contact is **mandatory**.
