Collaborate with operational teams to optimize process efficiency A multinational Human Resources company (recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, outsourcing, and consulting) is selecting candidates for a client company: **Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)** Work Location: Luz de Tavira We are looking for a professional to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment; \- Diagnose failures and identify effective solutions; \- Ensure proper operation of HVAC, irrigation, and environmental control systems; \- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize process efficiency; \- Prepare technical intervention reports; \- Comply with safety, quality, and GMP standards. **Requirements:** \- Technical qualification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related field; \- Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or controlled agricultural environments; \- Knowledge of electricity, automation, and HVAC systems; \- Problem-solving ability; \- Team spirit and sense of responsibility; \- Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or medicinal cannabis industries; \- Technical English proficiency; \- Relevant technical certifications. **What We Offer:** \- Direct contract with the client company for an ongoing project; \- Career development opportunities; \- Monthly base salary ranging from €1,000 to €2,250 (adjustable according to proven experience), plus meal allowance.
