Audição Activa is seeking motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team at the Faro offices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics; * Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles; * Good user-level computer skills; * Experience using PHC (Management, Accounting, and Assets) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; * Good spoken and written English skills; * Valid driver's license. **Profile:** * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and accuracy; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Results-oriented with strict adherence to deadlines; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to learn quickly and adapt; * High capacity for prioritization and resilience under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize, classify, and record accounting documents in accordance with the Portuguese Accounting Standards (SNC); * Perform management control and financial analysis; * Record and monitor the company’s financial transactions; * Carry out bank reconciliations, account verification, and analysis; * Support preparation of financial and administrative documentation; * Collaborate in monthly and annual closing processes; * Support compliance with the company’s tax and reporting obligations; * Prepare management support reports and financial indicators. **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid, dynamic, and growing company; * Initial and continuous training; * Employment contract; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
