We are recruiting a **Night Supervisor (m/f)** for the **Westin Salgados Beach Resort**. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring security, smooth service delivery, and adherence to brand standards; Support and guide the front desk and other night-shift teams, ensuring an excellent guest experience; Perform nightly audit tasks and end-of-day closing procedures, including transaction verification and posting; Independently, proactively, and effectively manage guest issues or complaints; Ensure efficient communication across departments, facilitating seamless shift handovers; Guarantee compliance with safety protocols and emergency response procedures, if required; Prepare daily operational and incident reports. **Requirements:** Completion of secondary education (12th grade minimum; mandatory); higher education in hospitality is preferred; Prior experience in hotel front office roles, preferably with supervisory responsibilities; Strong communication and leadership skills; Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an asset); Familiarity with reservation systems and PMS (Opera); Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability; A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and customer-service orientation; Proficiency in standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). **We Offer:** Integration into a young, collaborative, and professional work environment; Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; Health insurance; Holiday bonus based on attendance; Exclusive benefits across Highgate hotels; Genuine opportunities for career growth and development within the group. **Join a team that never sleeps on ambition to do better.
