Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out daily operations and coordinate the maintenance of local accommodations, identifying and resolving various issues. Key Highlights: 1. Bed and Sun is a local accommodation management company with offices in Vilamoura, operating since 2015 in the areas of Quarteira, Vilamoura, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. **We are recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team.** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Carry out daily maintenance operations for accommodations; \- Identify, coordinate, implement and present solutions to ensure the proper overall functioning of properties, particularly regarding plumbing, electricity, carpentry, air conditioning, water heaters, kitchen equipment, painting, etc.; \- Installation, supervision, scheduling and control of fire safety requirements, including AL identification signs, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, photoluminescent signage; \- Daily coordination with other company departments; \- Prepare detailed reports and attend weekly meetings; \- Supervise and conduct periodic inspections of accommodations. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in a similar role; \- Valid driver’s license; \- Strong organizational, coordination and people management skills; \- Ability to analyze/resolve problems and propose solutions; \- Team spirit and assertive communication; \- Basic computer skills to record interventions, update maintenance reports and consult databases containing technical information and equipment manuals. **Additional Information:** \- Full-time contract; \- 40 hours per week; \- Availability to work weekends; \- Fixed and consecutive days off; \- Flexible working hours. **CV: jobs@alojamentolocal.com** **Contact: \+351 939 551 931** Type of position: Full-time/Integral
