Main Responsibilities: We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the service team, ensuring excellence in service, organization of the environment, and increased direct table sales. This role requires management capability, team training, and a strong focus on customer experience. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and bar operations. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and impeccable presentation of the space. * Train, motivate, and support the team to improve performance, sales techniques, and service quality. * Develop strategies to increase table-side sales (upselling and cross-selling). * Monitor and maintain quality standards, service timing, and customer satisfaction. * Manage work schedules, breaks, and internal team communication. * Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively. * Track sales and performance metrics, suggesting improvements. Profile and Requirements: * Professional experience in this field or in similar roles; * Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); * Practical knowledge of applications used in the hospitality industry; * Aptitude for attentive, customer-oriented service; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and service quality; * Planning, organizational, disciplinary, and proactive capabilities; * Physical stamina and ability to multitask; * Results-driven and effectiveness-oriented; * Professional appearance, friendliness, and good communication skills.
