Join this team and discover Nestlé! **WHAT YOU’LL DO …** * Technically lead industrial projects—from scope definition and solution design through to final delivery and structured handover to operations; * Ensure installation, modification, and commissioning of equipment in accordance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines, Nestlé standards, and TPM methodologies; * Collaborate closely with various factory departments, ensuring expectation alignment, effective communication, and timely project delivery meeting business needs, deadlines, and defined objectives; * Manage external suppliers and partners, guaranteeing technical, contractual, financial, and schedule alignment throughout the project lifecycle; * Plan activities, timelines, and resources, monitoring achievement of technical, operational, and safety objectives; * Provide technical and operational training to teams involved with new equipment and processes; * Manage the project’s financial cycle in SAP, including purchase orders, cost control, material and service receipt; * Monitor investments and ensure budgetary compliance for assigned projects; * Guarantee full project delivery with all required technical documentation for handover to operations; * Define preventive and corrective maintenance plans for new equipment; * Ensure compliance with legal and internal standards for safety, environment, quality, and Nestlé standards. **ARE YOU WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?** * Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Management, or related field; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial project management; * Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office tools; * Knowledge of TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred); * English language proficiency (mandatory); * Leadership ability, team coordination skills, and stakeholder management capability; * Strong results orientation, problem-solving aptitude, and continuous improvement mindset; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills; * High awareness of and commitment to safety; * Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic industrial environments.
