Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Control / HACCP Technician to join our team at the bivalve depuration unit, ensuring implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

We are recruiting a Quality Control / HACCP Technician to join our team at our bivalve depuration unit in the Vagos Industrial Zone.
**Responsibilities:**
* Implementation, monitoring, and verification of the HACCP system;
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards;
* Traceability control and recordkeeping for batches and inventory;
* Collection and analysis of data regarding incoming products and during the depuration process;
* Oversight of analyses and control of quality parameters;
* Identification of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions;
* Collaboration with the production team to ensure required quality standards.
**Required Profile:**
* Education in Food Safety, Quality, Biology, Food Engineering, or related field (preferred);
* Knowledge of HACCP and applicable legislation;
* Experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory);
* High sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization;
* Analytical ability and attention to detail;
* Strong communication and teamwork skills;
* Basic proficiency in computer tools for data recording and analysis.
