The role involves supporting the construction management team in administratively managing the elements necessary to meet production deadlines. Responsibilities Analyze and prepare drawings for attachment to Production Orders; Place material orders; Prepare supplementary production documentation; Ensure timely delivery of materials; Report delays or quality issues related to product delivery; Monitor and manage performance indicators; Generate weekly support reports for management. Required Profile Minimum mandatory educational qualification; Proficiency in Technical Drawing using AutoCAD (mandatory); Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel; Knowledge of aluminum systems (preferred); Strong organizational skills, with commitment to deadlines and objectives; Analytical ability, critical thinking, and resilience; Initiative and innovative spirit.
