That is why A Padaria Portuguesa is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to make a difference and play a key role in customer service and store management. Mission: Support store operational management and ensure correct implementation of the Brand’s excellence and quality procedures and standards. Responsibilities: * Support store operational management. * Ensure implementation and promote correct execution of excellence and quality procedures and standards (service, maintenance, equipment). * Perform store and cash register opening and closing. * Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations. * Guarantee that the store is prepared in terms of product availability, staff readiness, and cleanliness. * Manage customer complaints. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and plan orders. What We Are Looking For: * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Strong customer orientation. * Team coordination skills and process orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
