As the **Growth \& Performance Marketing Specialist**, you'll help drive Nutrium's growth in the U.S. market across both B2B (Corporate Benefits) and SaaS.
You will own paid media and acquisition channels end\-to\-end, running and optimizing campaigns for HR teams, Total Rewards leaders, Benefits Brokers, and dietitians, with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact.

* Own and scale paid media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
* Optimize campaigns with a clear focus on SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline impact, not just lead volume.

* Work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to improve lead quality and overall pipeline efficiency.
