Comprehensive project management, including budgets and deadlines. **Description:** ---------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of the construction site directors' team. * Planning, management, and coordination of assembly teams. * Liaison with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and compliance with requirements. * Oversight of all company projects, both national and international. * Management of materials and equipment; * Adherence to established deadlines, and ensuring others do the same. * Management of project timelines, budgets, and quality. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Professional or higher technical education (Engineering); * Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience; * Over 15 years of experience in carpentry; * Solid knowledge of construction systems and industrial equipment; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; * Contractual project management; * Control of labor costs, accommodations, travel, and transportation; * Preparation and interpretation of technical drawings; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Determination and commitment to achieving objectives; * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity; * Team spirit and interest in collaborative work.
