Job Summary: We are seeking an Inspector to perform meticulous inspection of knitted garments, ensuring compliance with quality standards for a growing company. Key Highlights: 1. STROMAE – the Portuguese subsidiary of the MAESTRO Knitting Group – is a company that designs and manufactures fully-fashioned knitted apparel for international mid-to-high-end brands. We are a rapidly expanding group with offices and factories in Portugal, Italy, France, Bulgaria, and China. We employ approximately 100 people worldwide and are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Inspector** to carry out specific **inspection** tasks at our Guimarães branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform meticulous inspection of knitted garments, verifying compliance with quality standards. * Identify and correct defects in knits and finishes. * Ensure all inspected items are ready for shipment. * Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues. * Maintain accurate records of inspections and reviews conducted. **IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Prior experience in similar inspection or quality control roles. * Previous experience in knits is a plus. * Knowledge of quality standards in the textile industry. * Attention to detail and rigor in task execution. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills and ability to accurately record information. **WHAT WE OFFER:** An exciting challenge within a dynamic and rapidly growing company where real career advancement opportunities exist and meritocracy is genuinely valued.
