Opportunity: **Performance \& Reporting Analyst** ⚙What will you do? * Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g. ERP, ticketing tools, operational trackers) into a single source of truth. * Design, maintain and enhance performance dashboards, scorecards and KPI reports (SLA, OLA, productivity, quality, cost) via Power Bi Data visualization tool * Support Performance and service quality analysis in collaboration with Service Performance Leads. * Ensure data quality, consistency of definitions, and adherence to the approved KPI taxonomy. * Respond to ad\-hoc analytics requests from Service Line leaders, Finance and Governance forums. * Document data processing decisions and summarize data quality in technical memos. * Continuously enhance technical skills and explore new technologies to stay current with industry advancements. What you'll need to succeed? * 3\+ years’ experience in data analytics or performance reporting in a services/GBS environment * Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel \- Power Query, experience with ERP or ticketing tools is a plus. * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Fabric , Power Automate \& Power Apps * Proven ability to translate business needs into data models and analytics solutions that deliver valued business insights. * Resourceful problem solver that demonstrates high learning agility and adaptability in fast\-paced environments * Prior experience working in a data\-driven environment and contributing to decision\-making through analytics. * Fluent in English (French is a plus) What we have to offer you? * Hybrid working model; * Flexible working hours; * Health \& Life Insurance; * Meal allowance paid in Meal Card; * Additional Days off: extra vacation day, employee’s birthday, volunteering day; * Opportunity to grow professionally inside the Company; * Possibility to participate in multicultural projects; * Several internal activities aiming to promote our team´s wellbeing.
