We seek a person who is friendly, charismatic, and organized, enjoys interacting with the public, and can work seamlessly with the team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner * Manage tables and organize seating arrangements to ensure smooth customer flow * Maintain constant coordination with the waitstaff and dining room team * Manage waiting lists and reservations * Ensure a positive customer experience from arrival through seating assignment **Desired Profile:** * Friendly, communicative, and charismatic * Excellent customer service skills * Strong organizational and table management abilities * Team-oriented mindset and effective communication with the dining room team * Attention to detail and professional demeanor * Prior experience in this role is preferred * Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory * Knowledge of additional languages is desirable Work Location: On-site
