Responsibilities: * Preparation and cooking of food; * Compliance with technical specifications and quality standards; * Organization and cleaning of the workstation; * Control and storage of raw materials; * Compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations; * Collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
