Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Technician to manage and organize the logistics process, ensuring efficient material delivery and supervision of warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Stock control and product organization The Associação Empresarial do Baixo Ave (AEBA) is a private-law, non-profit association founded on April 12, 2000\. It currently has over 600 member companies, primarily covering the municipalities of Trofa, Santo Tirso, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Maia, and Vila do Conde. In line with this supportive approach and the solutions it offers businesses, AEBA is assisting a company headquartered in Trofa (Porto) that is recruiting a **Logistics Technician**, with the following ***profile***: · Ability to manage and organize the company’s logistics process, ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and within agreed deadlines. · Computer literacy. · Valid driver’s license. · Completion of 12th grade. ***Main Responsibilities:*** Coordinate and supervise activities related to receiving, order preparation, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution, including: · Receiving and verifying goods; · Organizing and storing products in the correct location, ensuring their integrity and ease of access; · Controlling and monitoring stock levels; · Picking products according to received orders; · Collaborating with planning teams and technical assistance teams regarding product dispatch and collection for construction sites; · Ensuring accurate completion of documentation (invoices, transport waybills, and delivery confirmations); · Maintaining up-to-date records of goods movement to facilitate data consultation and analysis. ***Working Conditions:*** · Remuneration: Based on demonstrated experience · Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day (Coverflex card) · Performance bonuses · Additional holiday day (employee’s birthday) · Working hours: 09:00–12:30 / 14:00–18:30 To apply, please send your updated CV to recrutamento@aeba.pt, indicating in the email subject line: “Application – Logistics Technician”.
