Required Profile: * Minimum compulsory education level; * Experience in similar roles (valued but not mandatory); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and punctuality; * Team spirit and proactive attitude; * Customer orientation; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
