Working in a dynamic environment focused on excellence **Architect (Construction Supervision)** The **Duality** company is seeking an **Architect** to join our team, with interest and expertise related to construction. We seek a professional with strong technical ability, construction experience, and enthusiasm for overseeing projects from the preparation phase through to execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Technical preparation of construction; * Budgeting and cost analysis; * Construction planning and supervision; * Coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors; * Client management and follow-up throughout the entire process; * Ensuring compliance with Duality’s quality standards. * Construction Supervision **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture/Engineering; * **Minimum of 5 years’ experience** in similar roles; * Proven experience in construction preparation and supervision; * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and client management skills; * Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and autonomy; * Valid driver’s license. **We Value** * Experience in high-end residential renovations and/or construction; * Knowledge of budgeting and cost control; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, excellence-oriented environment.
