Opportunities for growth and continuous development **Description:** Nortempo Seleção is recruiting an **Internal Control Analyst** to join an international company in the Finance area, with a focus on **analysis, monitoring, and improvement of financial processes and risks**. This role involves significant interaction with international teams, actively contributing to the efficiency and robustness of internal controls. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and evaluate financial processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement; * Review and test internal controls, ensuring their effectiveness; * Develop recommendations and follow up on action plans; * Participate in the implementation and enhancement of the internal control framework; * Collaborate with international Finance teams, ensuring alignment of practices; * Contribute to the definition and application of internal control policies and standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field; * 3 to 5 years of experience in financial auditing or internal control; * Solid knowledge of risk analysis and process control; * Experience in financial services (preferred); * Good command of English and French; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. **Offer:** * Employment contract signed directly with the client company; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Base Salary (for 14 months) \+ S.A.
