Job Summary: We are seeking a Project & Construction Manager to lead the opening of new clubs, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budget, and maintenance of Fitness Park brand quality. It is within this context of strong expansion that we seek a Project \& Construction Manager to lead the opening of our new clubs in Portugal (company-owned and franchised). **MISSION** Ensure each new Fitness Park club opens on schedule, within budget, and up to the brand’s quality and standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage new club opening projects end-to-end (from A to Z) * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and technical teams * Supervise on-site construction works * Monitor timelines, costs, and execution quality * Ensure compliance with brand concept and standards * Collaborate with architecture and internal teams * Manage processes with shopping centers, landlords, and authorities **PROFILE** * Higher education degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering * Experience in construction/project management (retail) * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong execution and results orientation * Good negotiation skills with suppliers * Valid driver’s license **WHAT WE OFFER** * A high-growth project * Direct impact on opening new clubs * Flexible working hours * Dynamic, results-oriented team **APPLICATION** **Send your CV to: recursoshumanos@pt.fitnesspark.com** Work location: On-site
