Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for implementing and managing IT systems, networks, and applications that support business operations. Key Highlights: 1. System administration (Windows/Linux), desktops (Windows/macOS), and networks A professional joining the IT team, reporting to the team lead, with the primary mission: implementation and management of IT systems, networks, and applications that support business operations.**Who Are We?** The Solverde.pt brand is a Portuguese online gaming platform. Since its launch in September 2017, we have worked daily to deliver the best online gaming product in the country. This effort includes integrating the professional into the “IT” team, reporting to the team lead, with the primary mission: implementation and management of IT systems, networks, and applications that support business operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support system integrations, perform configurations as needed, and manage information flow between development teams and vendors. * Ensure the integrity of essential hardware and software applications. * Conduct regular system audits in collaboration with external auditors. * Regularly verify system security. * Identify, monitor, and resolve issues. * Document technical system configurations, IT procedures and policies, as well as records of changes/updates performed. * Prepare technical incident reports for technical systems (in English and Portuguese). * Interpret and analyze XML-formatted reports. * System administration (Windows Server and Linux Server), desktops (Windows and macOS), network administration, and network assets **Requirements:** * Knowledge of web platform development; * Knowledge of front-end development — HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and frameworks. * Proficiency in Java, Python, PHP, and SQL. * Familiarity with AWS/Google Cloud technologies. * General knowledge of database systems (MySQL/MSSQL Server). * Web server configuration. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (mandatory). * Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory). * Flexible working hours. * Minimum 5 years of experience (preferred) * Work location: Espinho / hybrid *Help us shape the future of Solverde and take our games to the next level.
