Strong analytical component and focus on efficiency **M/F** ### **Controller** ### **Parfois is currently recruiting a Controller to ensure financial control of the Human Resources area, guaranteeing budgetary rigor, information reliability, and support for strategic decision-making. This role acts as a bridge between HR, Finance, and Management, with a strong analytical component and focus on efficiency.** ### ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Manage the HR budget (headcount, salary costs, benefits, social charges, and provisions), ensuring achievement of financial targets and long-term sustainability;** * ### **Analyze budget variances and propose corrective measures;** * ### **Monitor and report HR indicators (cost per employee, turnover, absenteeism, productivity, etc.);** * ### **Manage the workforce planning process;** * ### **Prepare management reports and presentations for Management;** * ### **Ensure consistency and reliability of payroll processing and provision data;** * ### **Collaborate with the Finance department on monthly and annual closings;** * ### **Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement, process automation, and enhanced reliability and integrity of HR data to increase efficiency and accuracy;** * ### **Support the selection, evaluation, and optimization of integrated Human Resources tools and systems, aiming to improve operational agility within the Human Resources department.** ### ### **Requirements:** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering;** * ### **Experience in management control, ideally related to the HR area;** * ### **Experience in data analysis and management reporting;** * ### **Knowledge of salary costs, social charges, and labor provisions;** * ### **Familiarity with payroll processing systems and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera, etc.);** * ### **Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL;** * ### **Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint (preferred);** * ### **Fluency in English and knowledge of Spanish;** * ### **Strong analytical ability, rigor, and attention to detail;** * ### **Business and results orientation.**
