




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant or Second/Junior Cook to join Chef Hélder's team, supporting secondary stations and executing recipes. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into the kitchen team under Chef Hélder's leadership 2. Duties at secondary stations, stove or grill 3. Pre-scheduled vacation plan We need to reinforce our kitchen team under Chef Hélder's leadership, and therefore we are looking for: Kitchen Assistant or Second or Junior Cook - To work at secondary stations such as fryer, oven, or plating. In the case of a cook, duties include stove and grill. - Responsibilities: - Preparation of respective mise en place - Execution of in-house recipes - Conducting respective cleaning tasks - Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory - Compensation based on profile (14 salaries — holiday and Christmas bonuses excluded). - Prior kitchen experience is highly valued - HACCP knowledge is an advantage - Shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday - Weekly days off: Sunday and Monday - Pre-scheduled vacation plan - Accommodation is not currently provided
