**Your Main Activities Are** **Control Framework Implementation:** Collaborate with stakeholders to **design, implement, and maintain controls** aligned with the organization’s **control framework**, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Identify gaps in existing controls and propose **process improvements** to mitigate risks.**Project Management:** Lead **small\-scale projects** related to **control industrialization**, including: Planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables (timelines, budgets, resources). Defining **business requirements** for control\-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals. Conducting **post\-development testing** to validate control effectiveness and process efficiency.**Stakeholder Management:** Act as a liaison between **process owners, control owners, external auditors**, and other stakeholders to: Clarify control requirements and address issues promptly.
