Our specialization and continuous evolution go hand in hand to deliver the best solutions and products to various industries worldwide. **ZOLLERN Portugal is currently recruiting an IT Support / Helpdesk professional.** **IT Support / Helpdesk** **Role Mission:** Provide first-line technical support to all company employees, ensuring the efficient operation of computer equipment and systems. You will ensure daily support to internal users on all matters related to computer equipment, operating systems, networks, corporate software, and IT services, guaranteeing effective resolution of incidents and requests, as well as proper logging and documentation. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Provide first-line technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues; * Log, track, and close requests and incidents in the ticketing system; * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and printing equipment; * Collaborate in user account and permission management, ensuring compliance with security policies; * Perform preventive equipment maintenance, software updates, and basic network interventions; * Support users in utilizing corporate software such as Office 365, web browsers, email clients, and SAP. **Key Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field; minimum technical secondary education (12th grade) in IT; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles, preferably within an industrial environment; * User-level experience with SAP software; * Support expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint configurations, and other hardware/software issues; * Excellent problem-solving skills; * Document all implemented/configured solutions. * Fluency in English; German language proficiency is highly valued. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to actively participate in analysis and decision-making across the company’s IT processes; * Potential for personal and professional growth within a dynamic and demanding international work environment; * Continuous and strategic investment in ZOLLERN’s training and career development plans; * A culture and values rooted in tolerance, excellence, respect, and appreciation.
