Your day-to-day responsibilities will include... Analyzing human resources data (e.g., retention, absenteeism, performance); Developing and managing reports and dashboards to monitor trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; Supporting the definition and tracking of KPIs related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture; Collaborating with other departments to ensure data integration and analysis from multiple sources; Building predictive models and advanced analyses to identify behavioral patterns and forecast future people management needs; Assisting in identifying recruitment and talent development strategies, leveraging data to enhance process effectiveness; Supporting the implementation of new data analysis tools and methodologies, fostering continuous innovation within the department. What we value in your profile... Academic or professional background in Management, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field; 1–2 years of professional experience in similar roles; Experience using Power BI (mandatory); Advanced proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python (preferred); Strong spoken and written English skills; Excellent analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail; Proactivity and autonomy in identifying opportunities.
