Main Responsibilities: * Provide customer support via email, chat, social media, and WhatsApp * Clarify questions related to products, orders, and processes * Track orders in coordination with the warehouse * Manage delivery incidents, including contact with logistics carriers * Handle complaints effectively and professionally * Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience * Record and update information in internal systems * Collaborate with internal teams Main Requirements: * Experience in customer service within an e\-commerce context (preferred) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong customer orientation * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Autonomy and sense of responsibility * Good knowledge of digital tools and customer service platforms * Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Main Benefits: * Base salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience * Meal allowance of €10 (paid over 12 months) * Birthday day off Salary: €920.00 \- €1,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site
